ADMedicas.com's product range has been designed in order to provide quality products at very competitive prices. We offer over 300 products divided into several categories: aesthetic products, clinic consumables, skin products, equipment’s, compression garments. Our team works hard to make sure our products fit your needs.

Can I find all ADMEDICAS.com products on the website?

You can find nearly all of our products in each category on our web-page. If you cannot find what you're looking for then please send us your query via our web form which can be found in the "Contact Us" section.

How do I open an account?

To open your account, you need to register on our website. Once you have successfully registered, you will be sent an email providing you with your new ADMEDICAS.com account number. Remember to keep your password and username stored in a safe place.

What are your customer services opening hours?

Our customer services team is available Monday to Friday 9am - 6.00pm. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Romanian bank holidays and Romanian public holidays.

What are the prices of your products?

We can only present you with this information when you provide us with your valid registration number (GMC or GDC) as we only advertise our prices to healthcare professionals.

However, once you have registered on our website you will be able to view the prices for all of our products. You can check prices through the store link or alternatively you can download a copy of our latest price list in the resources page. If you prefer, we can post a price list to you, please fill out the enquiry form on the Contact Us page.

What is ADMEDICAS.com’s return policy?

For safety and hygiene reasons we do not allow the return of medicines and medical aesthetic products. We kindly request that you open and check all the contents of your order upon receipt.

Any issues must be reported to our Customer Services team within 24 hours of delivery with full details of the discrepancy by telephone on 0040-7335-340-74 or by filling out the inquiry form on the Contact Us page. If a return is accepted for a damaged or faulty product by Customer Services, please ensure that the agreed returns method is followed and the item is returned as received. Your statutory rights are not affected.
