The Admedicas.com has been designed to save you time. Creating orders in your account make it quicker and easier than before. However, we understand that some time you may have some questions or need some support using the new system. 

These FAQ’s should answer the most common questions we receive, but if you can’t find an answer here please feel free to contact us at office@admedicas.com and will assist you in any way we can.

 

What is our company vision?

Our objective at Admedicas.com is to offer a wide range of high-quality medical aesthetics and clinic supplies which provide most popular brands on the market, including all necessary consumables to ensure your clinic is fully prepared for all treatments.

 

What products do we offer?

Admedicas.com product range has been designed in order to provide quality products at very competitive prices. We offer over 200 products divided into several categories: aesthetic products, clinic consumables, skin products, equipment’s. Our team works hard to make sure our products fit your needs.

 

Are the products authentic and where are they produced?

All products are 100% authentic and CE marked. Most products are produced in and coming from the European Community.


What is the expiry of the products?

All products that admedicas.com sell will be carrying minimum 12 months remaining shelf life with some exceptions where we will contact the customer before shipment.


Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You need to create an account to place an order with us.


How do I open an account?

To open your account, you need to register on our website. After registration we take 48 working hours to approve your account, because we have a responsibility to secure that we only supply medical devices to professionals; hereunder aesthetic clinics, hospitals and authorize wholesalers within the medical field.  Once you have successfully registered, you will be sent an email providing you with your admedicas.com account number. Remember to keep your password and username stored in a safe place.


What if I change details on my account?

If you change any details on your already approved account we will, within 24 working hours, re-evaluate your updated details and return with a new approval if your company still complies with our account policies.

 

 I have forgotten my password?

Please contact customer service: Contact us here - Please note you can only have one account per customer. If you create more accounts, we will decline them.


Who are your customers?

Our customers are always B2B and the range goes aesthetic clinics, hospitals and authorize wholesalers within the medical field.


Do you sell to private persons?

We do not sell to private persons; we only sell to companies in the medical business.


Why do I need a VAT number (Within EU only)?

Orders can be only VAT excluded with a valid VAT number. It is a requirement that all companies within the EU have a valid VAT number to place an order. Countries outside the EU can place orders without a VAT number as long as the shipping of the order goes outside the EU. Check if you have a valid VAT number here.


What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in EURO


Can I cancel products on my order?

After an order has been placed, the order is binding for the customer unless Admedicas.com cannot dispatch the products within 14 working days after receiving the order. In the case that Admedicas.com cannot ship the products within 14 working days, you will be notified and have the choice to cancel the order.


Which payment methods?

We accept Visa, MasterCard & Maestro At this moment PayPal payment is not available. Please contact us regarding bank transfers.
