Delivery & Returns


On stock items

When ordering a on stock item on working days (Mo to Fr) before 12.00 (CET) we will be able to ship the same day. When ordering after 12.00 (CET) we will ship your order the next working day. Standard delivery will be made in 1 - 3 days unless otherwise is described. Next day delivery is available and offered with additional costs for certain countries. The delivery time to North America, China and Russia is normally between 7-15 working days and we provide our customers with a tracking number with.

   

Out of stock items

When ordering an out of stock item we will inform you by e-mail about the expected delivery date, maximum delivery time for out of stock items is 14 days. If this period cannot be met, we will cancel your order and refund your payment.

 

Delivery, Track & Trace information

Once your order is shipped from our central warehouse, we will send you a notification e-mail with track & trace details of your parcel with which you can follow the delivery instantly. Shipping cost will be stated clearly for approval at the time you check out of your shopping basket for entire consignment. You are as importer of the goods you procure from ADM Global Trade srl responsible for paying any local import duties or import taxes (if any applicable) at the boarder of your import country. ADM Global Trade srl will not at any stage withdraw payment for any goods until the very day the goods are shipping from our warehouse to you. ADM Global Trade srl is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during its transit.

 

Packages which have been suspended in custom duties

Please note it is the responsibility of the importer (customer) to know the rules and regulations of a country. If a package is stopped in customs we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the package released or reject it and have it resend to us. Once we receive the returned package we will refund the value of the products. Please note we only make a refund if we receive the returned package - we do not take responsibility of seized goods.


Check up on delivery

Once your parcel has arrived please check your delivery. If there is any mismatch or defect condition please inform our support team within 24 hours after arrival of your delivery, send us an e-mail at: office@admedicas.com . If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier’s delivery note before the driver leaves.

   

Returns policy

ADM Global Trade srl accept any products returned within 10 working days notification from receipt of the product as long as the reason falls under one of the following conditions:


  •     The product contains manufacturing defects

  •     The product was damaged upon arrival

  •     The product was wrong received

 

In case of returned goods, you will be offered either replacement of goods or a 100% refund of the products returned. Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment originally used to for the purchase. No returns will be accepted after 10 days.


Contact for return

Send us an e-mail message at: office@admedicas.com  to claim your return of purchase, our support team will send you instructions where you shall return your purchased goods. (ADM Global Trade srl central warehouse is located in Bucharest).

   

Item(s) condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to send us a copy of your original purchase order or invoice. Until you have received return instructions from us please hold the products according to manufacture’s temperature and storage condition.

   

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 29 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Contact your bank if you need to speed up the process.
