FAQs

ADMedicas was founded with the belief in saving time and resources for our valued customers.

We understand that sometimes you may have questions or need support using our system. The following FAQs should answer the most common questions we receive, but if you can’t find an answer here please feel free to contact us via office@admedicas.com, and we'll happily assist you in any way we can.

What products do we offer?

The ADMedicas product range has been designed to provide quality products at very competitive prices. We offer over 200 products divided into several categories: aesthetic products, clinic consumables, skin products and equipment. Our team works hard to make sure our products fit your needs.

Are the products authentic and where are they produced?

All products are 100% authentic and CE marked. Most products are produced in, and coming from within, the Eurozone.

What is the expiry of the products?

Products that admedicas.com sells will carry a minimum of 12 months remaining shelf life. In the rare case of exceptions we will contact the customer before shipment.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes, please create an account in order to place orders with us.

How do I open an account?

To open your account, you first need to register on our website. After registration we can take up to 48 working hours to approve your account. We have a responsibility to secure that we only supply medical devices to professionals; hereunder aesthetic clinics, hospitals and authorized wholesalers within the medical field. Once you've successfully registered, you'll be sent an email providing you with your admedicas.com account number and associated login information. Remember to keep your password and username stored in a safe place.

What if I change the details on my account?

If you change any details on your already approved account we will, within 24 working hours, re-evaluate your updated details and return with a new approval if your company still complies with our account policies.

What if I've forgotten or lost my password?

Please contact us via office@admedicas.com stating your problem, or recover your password by simply clicking here. Kindly note you can only have 1 account per customer. If you create more than 1 account, we will unforunately have to decline them.

Who are your customers?

We have a wide variety of customers within the cosmetic industry. These include aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and authorized wholesalers within the medical field.

Do you sell to private persons?

We do not sell to private persons; we only sell to companies in the medical field.

Why do I need a VAT number if I'm located within the EU?

Orders can only be VAT excluded with a valid VAT number. It's a requirement that all companies within the EU have a valid VAT number to place an order. Countries outside the EU can place orders without a VAT number as long as the shipping address for the order is outside the EU. Check if you have a valid VAT number here.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in EUR (Euros).

Can I cancel products on my order?

All orders are binding, unless admedicas.com cannot dispatch the products within 14 working days after receiving said order. In the case that admedicas.com cannot ship the products within 14 working days, you'll be notified and have the choice to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via credit & debit card using the Visa, MasterCard & Maestro networks. We also accept payment via Bank Transfer.
