HArmonyCA, is a new Allergan product with double functionality.
The particles of hyaluronic acid spread between the collagen fibers of the lower dermal layer to create volume and obtain an immediate lifting effect.
The CaHA calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres stimulate the production of collagen by working deep in the dermis to form a structure aimed at the internal growth of fibroblasts, thus helping to produce new collagen fibers starting 1 week after treatment and inducing the relative remodeling of the extracellular matrix.
HArmonyCA is a composite matrix dermal filler with lidocaine calcium hydroxyapatite-hyaluronic acid. Sterile, non-pyrogenic, viscous, opaque, injectable, semi-solid, latex-free, and biodegradable dermal implant. It consists of synthetic calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres, formulated in a concentration of 55.7%, suspended in a cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel of non-animal origin, and is supplied in a pre-filled 1.25 ml graduated glass syringe. The implant is indicated for use in the sub-dermis and deep dermis in specific regions of the face.
The product contains lidocaine to ensure a more comfortable injection.
The pack consists of:

Composition:
- Calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres of 25-45 microns in diameter of 55.7%
- Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel 20 mg/ml, phosphate buffer
- Lidocaine Hydrochloride 3 mg/ml
