Delivery & Returns

In stock items

When ordering an in stock item during working days (Mon to Fri) and before 12:00 CET, we'll be able to ship the same day. When ordering after 12:00 CET, we'll ship your order the next working day. Standard delivery will be made in 1-3 days unless otherwise stated. Next-day delivery is available and offered with additional costs for certain countries. The delivery time to North America, China, and Russia is normally between 7-14 working days and you will be provided with the necessary tracking number/s.

Out-of-stock items

When ordering an out of stock item we'll inform you via email about the expected delivery date. The maximum delivery time for out of stock items is 14 days. If for some reason this delivery time cannot be met, we'll cancel your order and refund your payment.

Delivery, Track & Trace information

Once your order is shipped from our central warehouse, we'll send you a notification via email with track & trace details of your parcel, which you can then use to follow the delivery online. Shipping costs will be stated clearly for approval at the time of checkout for the entire consignment. You're an importer of the goods you procure from ADM Global Trade Srl, and as such are responsible for paying any local import duties or import taxes when applicable. ADM Global Trade Srl will not at any stage take payment for any goods until the day of dispatch from our warehouse. ADM Global Trade Srl is not responsible for errors in delivery, where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong, or where the customer has made changes during its transit. Please be aware that for shipments to destinations outside of the European Union, the transit time specified on our website does not include customs clearance. This means that your package may take longer to arrive than the transit time stated.

Packages that have been suspended in custom duties

Please note it's the responsibility of the importer (customer) to know the rules and regulations of their country. If a package is stopped in customs, we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the package released, or reject it and have it returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, we'll refund the value of the products. We can only make a refund if we receive the returned package and produce in the condition it was shipped. Note: we cannot take responsibility for seized goods.

Check on delivery

Once your parcel has arrived, please check everything is in order and as expected. If there's any mismatch or defect in any of the ordered products, kindly inform our support team within 24 hours after the arrival of your delivery by sending an e-mail to office@admedicas.com. If goods arrive in a damaged condition, you must make a note on the carrier's delivery note before the driver leaves.

Returns policy

ADM Global Trade Srl accepts returns so long as we're notified within 7 days of you receiving the products and the reason for return falls under one of the following conditions:

  • The product contains manufacturing defects
  • The product was damaged upon arrival
  • The product received was wrong

In case of returned goods, you'll be offered either a replacement or a refund valuing 100% of the products returned. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

Point of contact for returns

Please send an email to office@admedicas.com to initiate a return. Our support team will then send you the necessary instructions on where to return your purchased goods. ADM Global Trade Srl's central warehouse is located in Bucharest, Romania.

Product condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to send us a copy of your original purchase order or invoice. Until you have received return instructions from us please hold the products according to the manufacturer’s temperature and storage conditions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be sent a notification via email. Your refund will then be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 21 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
